Nightcap combines an AI conversation companion with personalized audio storytelling. Talk about what interests you, ask for a story, and listen when you’re ready. It’s a place for curiosity and company, especially as your day winds down.
Do I need to download an app?
You can start in your browser. Sign in with an email verification code to chat, create stories, and listen. Playback while your phone is locked or in the background depends on your browser and device.
Are the conversations and stories AI-generated?
Yes. Nightcap uses AI for conversations, story creation, and narration. You’ll be asked to review the data-processing information before using AI features. AI can make mistakes, including in stories about real events.
What happens while a story is being made?
Story creation and audio production take time. You can follow the progress and keep chatting while you wait. Your accepted generation task is saved on the server, so you can return to check its result.
Can I manage my data?
You can manage your account and request account deletion from account settings. The privacy policy explains what’s stored and how external AI services process information. If you need help, contact support@nightcap.info.
